Being a bit of a greedy guts often results in some interesting opportunities. A few weeks ago, I was contacted by Hilden to see if I would like to be a judge in their 2014 Style Awards. The awards are aimed at independent hotels, bed and breakfasts, self catering establishments and restaurants.
